  • CX series cylinders AFNOR NF E49.001 (ex CNOMO)

    The CX series cylinders are of the "external tie rod" type, with mounting dimensions according to AFNOR NF E49-001 (ex CNOMO) standards.

    The basic unit is separate from the accessories, except for the one with "trunnion" mounting. The CX series is divided into 9 bores (Ø32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 160, 200).

    The cylinders can also be supplied in the "through rod", magnetic, or stainless steel versions.

    ➜ Materials and components

    • Extruded tube: anodized aluminum.
    • Piston: vulcanized nitrilic elastomer (NBR) on steel disc (Viton on request).
    • Rod: ground chrome steel (AISI 303 stainless steel on request).
    • Guide spout: sintered anti-friction bronze bushing.
    • NBR wiper seal : ensures sealing and maintenance on the stem. Can be replaced on mounted cylinders.
    • Heads : high resistance aluminium alloy.
    • Steel tie rods : allow external fixation.
    • Adjustable aluminum alloy decelerators as standard.

    • Minimum stroke: 5 mm
    • Maximum stroke: 3000 mm in double acting.
    • Stroke tolerance: ± 1.5 mm
    • Fluid: filtered air, lubricated or not
    • Ambient temperature: 0°C ÷ +80°C (with dry air -20°C)
    • Pressure: 1 ÷ 10 bar

    • Ø 32: L = 25 mm
    • Ø 40/50: L = 30 mm
    • Ø 63/80: L = 35 mm
    • Ø 100 /125 : L = 40 mm
    • Ø 160 /200 : L = 50 mm

    On request: single acting, tandem, FKM seals (Viton)
