SENGA hose clamps
Clamps are metal (or plastic) components used to hold pipes and cables. They are used in many areas such as industry, garages, automotive, plumbing etc...
What are the characteristics of the clamps?
- - Clamping area or clamp diameter
- - Material: stainless steel is particularly recommended if you work in aggressive, chemical or high humidity environments.
- - Type of tightening :
-
screw: the clamp is tightened with a special socket screwdriver. The advantage of this technology is that the clamp can be loosened and reused afterwards. On the other hand, no confirmation of tightening is given to the assembler.
-
with 2 ears: the tightening is done with a special ear clamp, the main advantage is that we have a visual confirmation of the tightening (crushing of the ears). The disadvantage is that the clamp will not be reusable.
