Stainless steel pilot operated check valve
AISI 316L series 1663 stainless steel pilot operated check valves, when fitted in pairs to the supply ports of a cylinder, allow rapid blocking of rod movement in the event of a sudden drop in pressure. These one-way blocking valves have a manual override for recharging the cylinder. This feature is particularly useful during machine set-up or when there is a lack of air.
The 1663 check valves are used in pneumatic circuits with filtered and lubricated air. The working pressure is between 2 and 10 bar and the operating temperature between -20°C and +150°C.
