BX - Compact pneumatic cylinders ISO 21287

  • The BX series cylinders are of the aluminium profile type, with mounting dimensions according to ISO 21287.

    The BX series is divided into 8 bores (Ø20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100).

    The cylinders can be supplied also in the versions female rod,male rod, through rod, single acting retracted rod, single acting extended rod, anti-rotation device.

    ➜ Materials and components

    • Extruded profile: 20 µm anodised aluminium.
    • Piston: vulcanised nitrilic elastomer (NBR) on steel disc, magnetic as standard.
    • Rod: AISI 303 stainless steel.
    • Guide spout: sintered anti-friction bronze bushing.
    • Seal: NBR-Polyurethane.
    • Heads: cast aluminium alloy.
    • Steel springs

    Minimum stroke: 5 mm
    Maximum stroke Ø20, 25: 150 mm double acting
    Maximum stroke Ø32, 63: 300 mm double acting
    Maximum stroke Ø80, 100 : 400 mm double acting
    Maximum stroke Ø20 to 100: 25 mm single acting
    Maximum stroke Ø20, 25 : 40 mm in anti-rotation
    Maximum stroke Ø32 to 100 : 80 mm anti-rotation
    Stroke tolerance : ± 1,5 mm
    Fluid: filtered air, lubricated or not
    Ambient temperature: 0°C ÷ +80°C (with dry air -20°C)
    Pressure: 2 ÷ 10 bar for single acting
    Pressure: 1 ÷ 10 bar for double acting
    To be used with magnetic sensors series FM100.

    On request: anti-rotation device
