X - Square with grooves profile pneumatic cylinders ISO 15552

  • The X-series cylinders have a "square grooved" profile tube, with mounting dimensions according to ISO 15552, making it completely interchangeable with the old ISO 6431/VDMA 24562 cylinders.
    The basic unit is separate from the accessories, except for the one with "central trunnion" mounting.
    The X series is divided into 6 bores (Ø 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100).
    The X series cylinders can be supplied also in the version "through rod", magnetic and AISI 303 stainless steel rod.

    - Tube: anodised aluminium 20 μm: extruded profile with T-slots.
    - Piston: technopolymer (aluminium alloy on request).
    - Rod: ground chrome steel (AISI 303 stainless steel on request).
    - Screw: steel
    - Guide spout: self-lubricating sintered bronze bushing.
    - Seals: polyurethane (FKM-Viton on request in aluminium piston version only).
    - Heads: aluminium alloy with paint coating.
    - Decelerators: adjustable as standard.

    Fluid: filtered compressed air, lubricated or not
    Working temperature: 0° C ÷ +80° C (with dry air -20° C) and 0° C ÷ +150° C with FKM - Viton seals, in non-magnetic version only.
    Working pressure: 1 ÷ 10 bar
    Minimum stroke: 5 mm
    Maximum stroke: 3000 mm in double acting
    Stroke tolerance: ± 1,5 mm

    ➜ Cushioned stroke length:
    Ø 32 L = 24 mm
    Ø 40/50 L = 29 mm
    Ø 63/80 L = 35 mm
    Ø 100 L = 40 mm

    On request: single acting, tandem, FKM (Viton) seals
