Safetystar nozzle

The compressed air blowguns with angled star-shaped nozzle in nickel-plated steel, with a length of 120 mm and equipped with the Safetystar safety feature, offer an efficient and safe solution for a variety of industrial applications. Compliant with standards 2006/42/CE, EN 12100, and OSHA regulations, these blowguns are designed to ensure operator safety while providing optimal performance.

The body of the blowguns is made of reinforced polyamide 6 GK with glass beads, offering an ideal combination of lightness and robustness. The cylindrical female BSP threaded connection at 1/4" ensures a secure connection compatible with a wide range of pneumatic equipment. Moreover, the ability to gradually regulate the airflow allows for precise control tailored to different application needs.

The blowguns are equipped with a nut allowing for easy nozzle change (M12 x 1.25), providing increased flexibility and versatility. They are specifically designed for use with filtered compressed air and can operate effectively within a pressure range of 2 to 8 BAR (PMS: 10 BAR). The noise level complies with catalogue specifications, ensuring a comfortable working environment for operators.
