Closed drum reels L=15+1 m in high resistance plastic material

The closed drum reels of the MT15 series offer a practical and robust solution for hose management in compressed air applications. Featuring a high-strength plastic housing, these reels ensure durability and high resistance in demanding industrial environments.

The included hose is made of blue KPU polyurethane, providing exceptional flexibility and abrasion resistance. For easy installation, the reel is equipped with a 1.5-meter bare tube inlet connection and a 1/4'' male BSP (Ø8 mm) or 3/8'' male BSP (Ø10 mm) outlet connection, offering versatile connectivity to different equipment.

These reels are designed for exclusive use with compressed air. They are equipped with a swivel support for easy handling in different directions. Additionally, the automatic hose retraction mechanism ensures quick and orderly winding after use, reducing the risk of tangling and damage.

A hose stop device is provided, allowing it to be held in place at 50 cm intervals. This device is easy to insert and remove, providing additional flexibility in hose management according to specific application needs.

The operating temperature range of the MT15 reels is between -5°C and +40°C, making them suitable for a variety of environmental conditions. They can operate at a maximum working pressure of 15 BAR, ensuring reliable performance even in demanding industrial environments.
