Double acting magnetic short stroke pneumatic cylinders with anti-rotation device

BDA/M series cylinders are short stroke (double acting, anti-rotation device, magnetic), and are mainly used for locking applications due to their compact design and easy mounting by means of mounting holes. They are available in several versions: double acting, single acting with front spring, magnetic or non-magnetic.

On request: single acting with rear spring, through rod, anti-rotation device.

The B series is divided into 10 bores: Ø 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100.

- Tube: anodised aluminium extruded profile
- Piston: Ø 12 ÷ 32 = delrin and Ø 40 ÷ 100 = aluminium
- Rod: AISI 303 stainless steel
- Guide spout: bronze + PTFE
- Seals : Ø 12 ÷ 32 = NBR and Ø 40 ÷ 100 = polyurethane (on request: FKM-Viton)
- Front head: Ø 12 ÷ 25 = brass and Ø 32 ÷ 100 = aluminium
- Rear head: anodised aluminium
- Spring: AISI 303 stainless steel
- Damping washer : Vulkollan
