4-20 mA pressure transducers

 

The ESP series pressure transmitters offer a reliable and precise solution for monitoring and controlling pressure in various industrial applications. Equipped with a ceramic sensor, these transmitters ensure stable and accurate pressure measurement. Their standard signal output is 4 to 20 mA, providing compatibility with a wide range of control systems. With an accuracy of less than or equal to 1% (Span) in accordance with the BSFL - IEC 61298-2 standard, they ensure reliable measurement performance.

These transmitters stand out for their fast response time, less than or equal to 4 ms (90% of full scale), and low thermal drift, ensuring high measurement accuracy over a wide temperature range (10 to 50°C). Their construction in 316L stainless steel ensures excellent corrosion resistance and durability in challenging environments.The parts in contact with the fluid are made of stainless steel, ceramic, and FPM sealing gasket, ensuring compatibility with a variety of industrial fluids. The connection is made via a G1/4" thread according to the DIN 3852-E standard, with a recommended torque of 20 Nm.

These transmitters are equipped with an M12x1 connector for easy and secure electrical connection, with an IP67 protection rating ensuring sealing against dust and water. They operate under a supply voltage of 8 to 30 VDC, with a current consumption of less than or equal to 25 mA.

The operating temperature range is compensated from 0 to 80°C, with a storage range of -20 to 80°C and a fluid temperature range of 0 to 80°C. These transmitters offer a lifespan of over 10 million cycles and weigh approximately 80 g, making them easy to install and handle.
