Three-way solenoid valves with poppet for compressed air and vacuum are essential components in many industrial applications. The MF2500, MF2600, MF3000, and MF3200 series offer a variety of configurations in 3/2 normally closed (N.C.) and normally open (N.O.), all with assisted command to ensure efficient operation.

These solenoid valves are designed to operate with filtered compressed air at 50 μm without lubrication, although continuous lubrication can be used if necessary. They can withstand service pressures ranging from 3 to 10 bar and offer a maximum vacuum of 755 mmHg. The operating temperature range is from -20°C to +50°C, while the maximum fluid temperature is +50°C.

These valves are equipped with dynamic seals made of polyurethane and static seals made of NBR, ensuring reliable and durable sealing in various industrial environments. With suitable control functions and robust construction, the MF2500, MF2600, MF3000, and MF3200 series solenoid valves provide a reliable and versatile solution for controlling compressed air and vacuum flows in a wide range of applications.

  • The MF2500 series valves are produced in 3/2 N.C. and 3/2 N.O. functions with assisted control.
  • The MF2600 series valves are produced in the 3/2 N.C. and 3/2 N.O. functions with assisted control.
  • The MF3000 series solenoid valves are produced in the 3/2 N.C. and 3/2 N.O. functions with assisted control.
  • The MF3200 series solenoid valves are produced in the 3/2 N.C. and 3/2 N.O. functions without assisted control but with internal vacuum control.

➜ Application fields: filtered compressed air at 50 μm without lubrication; lubrication, if used, must be continuous.

  • Operating pressure: 3 ÷ 10 bar, max vacuum: 755 mmHg.
  • Operating temperature : -20 ÷ +50 ° C
  • Fluid temperature: + 50 ° C max
  • Dynamic seals: Polyurethane
  • Static seals: NBR
